Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District (USACE) intends to procure online access subscription to the American Concrete Institute Platform on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by RFO 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one reasonably available source. USACE Rock Island intends to enter a firm fixed price contract with American Concrete Institute. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation will be issued; however, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist at jake.t.anderson@usace.army.mil no later than the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. USACE will not reimburse any cost connected with supplying sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. In order t receive a government award, a firm must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
