Description

The Defense Contract Management Agency is publishing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Fiscal Note (UEI FMHKL71EGBX7) for commercial twelve (12) month subscriptions to provide detailed non-partisan summaries of US Congress legislation, real-time tracking of legislative bills and amendments, analysis of Congressional votes and floor proceedings, access to detailed information on Congressional members and committees, policy/market analysis and reporting, policy map that demonstrates how public policy impacts our organization, real-time tailored alerts on newly proposed legistation, and committee schedule and floor schedule monitoring. These subscription services are unique to Fiscal Note. No competition is being sought unless another source is identified. NAICS: 519290 Web Search Portals & Info Services PSC: 7630 Newspapers and periodicals The proposed action will be awarded using a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) for an anticipated period of one (1) base year and up to four (4) options years. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quote, bid, or proposal. However, any interested firm that believes they can meet the above requirements are invited to submit a capability statement via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. At a minimum, capability statements shall include business information such as POC name, phone, email, SAM UEI, and applicable small business socio-economic categories; additionally, it should list what products/services can be provided and how they meet the characteristics specified above. Finally, the capability statement itself should be no more than 5 pages in length. The Government will consider responses received by the response date and time of this notice; however, a determination to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred because of any work performed in connection with this notice.
