U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: North: East Tupper St to West Tupper St East: Michigan Ave South: South Park Ave/Buffalo River West: S Elmwood Ave Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,886 ABOA SF 13,530 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 29 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: ? The Government requires a total of 29 reserved parking spaces of which 6 contiguous spaces shall be located within a parking garage onsite and 23 spaces shall be located no further than one block from the leased premises ? The Government requires contiguous space on one or more floors to be located on the third floor or above the offered space. The space shall not be located above ledge spaces such parking decks, loading dock areas, mezzanines, partial roofs or adjacent outside fire escapes, or balconies ? Agency must have 24-hour access to the space and normal business hour HVAC services. ? A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100- year flood plain. ? At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.
