Also upload into SAM.gov Manuals and Service Records--Please see attachments 2026.07.27- AMEND 0001 Post RFI questions & answers 2026.07.22- Upload Ski Lift Images, Manual, and Insepction Reports--See attached The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION DRAFT for West Point Ski Lift System. In order to be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov system as a small business concern. The offeror MUST also hold; an up-to-date, valid, and active ANSI B77.1-1999 certification. See attached documents for complete instructions, and requirement details The solicitation will be in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/. A site visit will be made available--It is industry s responsibility to periodically check the West Point Visitor Center Control Requirements at https://www.westpoint.edu/gateway-for-visitors#all It is the offeror s responsibility to check the SAM.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes.
