Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract on a non-competitive basis to San Diego State University Research Foundation. This contract willsupport the follow-on production of a successful prototype awarded from an Other Transaction Authority (OTA). This procurement will provide support to NIWC Pacific and support tasks shall include analytical and technical support services from undergraduate and graduate students at educational institutions in the following areas:1. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics.2. Computer Science and Information Systems.3. Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, and Fluid Mechanics.4. Psychology, Physiology, Biology, and Chemistry.
