Description

The Government is seeking information from interested and qualified vendors that can provide nationwide tolling management services for a large federally leased vehicle fleet consisting of more than 230,000 vehicles, with the potential fleet size and associated requirements to increase over time as well as the possibility to include services for agency owned, non-postal service federal vehicles. Based on where these vehicles operate, the true number is likely closer to 200K with the possibility for 190K more. The Government requires a solution that can support toll payment and account management across the United States, including interoperability with multiple tolling authorities and toll collection systems and the ability to integrate with federal government billing and systems of record. Please see attached RFI and question matrix.
