Description

The purpose of this Scope of Work is to define the requirements for the complete removal and replacement of all ceramic tiles in the Embassy swimming pool. The work includes demolition, debris removal, surface preparation, waterproofing, leak tightness test and upon approval installation of new tiles, and restoration of all related mechanical and electrical components. The project aims to restore safety, prevent water infiltration, and ensure long-term structural integrity in accordance with U.S. Department of State (DoS), International Building Code (IBC), International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), and local Paraguayan regulations.
