Description

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) hereby provides notice of award for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Learning Environment Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA was established to provide a vehicle for the acquisition of Early Childhood Education classroom furniture, equipment, instructional materials, consumable supplies, books, literacy resources, classroom learning centers, and related educational products in support of DoDEA schools. The Government conducted market research and solicited capability statements and pricing information from vendors identified as capable sources. The BPA awarded to Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC. has an estimated ceiling value (NTE) of $1,000,000 and an ordering period of five (5) years (31 Aug 2026 to 30 Aug 2031). The establishment of a BPA does not guarantee future orders. Individual BPA Call Orders will be issued in accordance with BPA ordering procedures and evaluated based on the specific requirements of each procurement.
