Description
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to F-Concepts, 8421 Falcone Pointe Way, Vienna, VA, 22182 to procure and install a new NDAA compliant camera system for CPSC s Warehouse facility located in Rockville, MD. CPSC requires a new NDAA compliant camera system for our warehouse facility. Currently, CPSC uses F-Concepts for our maintenance agreement. CPSC requires fully compatible systems that integrate with our existing support and maintenance, which are all NDAA compliant and consistent. Only F-Concepts can provide the required products and services to ensure integration across CPSC locations. CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 6. The sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12 procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to the Contract Specialist at lbourne@cpsc.gov by 12 pm Eastern Time June 29, 2026. No phone calls will be accepted.
