This is a pre-solicitation notice to all certified, interested 8(a) Small Business Development Program Participants for the proposed Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) competitive acquisition under solicitation W9128F27RA012 - API 653 Fuel Tank Repairs and Maintenance ? Eielson AFB, Alaska, as outlined herein. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on/or about October ? November 2026.
