Additionally, Attachment 2 - PCS II MATOC Bid Schedule is revised under the EUCOM Labor Coefficients tab to replace Denmark with Kosovo, as Denmark was previously included in error. Attachment 7 and Attachment 8 are revised accordingly. Additionally, this amendment corrects various administrative errors and inconsistencies throughout the solicitation. To view the amendment and revised documents access the PIEE Solicitation Module Link for W912BU26RA032 below*** The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District (NAP) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for one firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) contract to provide power construction and services in contingency or austere environments in support of temporary or enduring requirements of the United States Government (USG); USG Coalition Forces/Organizations; and Host-Nation Governments/Forces/Organizations within the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility (CENTCOM AOR) and select United States European Command (EUCOM) countries to include Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Bosnia, Norway, Turkey, Slovakia, and Greenland. A target of three (3) to seven (7) contracts will be awarded to a pool of contractors that will subsequently compete for individual task orders. This Power Construction and Services II Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (PCS II MATOC) will have total shared contract capacity of $249,000,000.00. A virtual industry day will be hosted by the USACE Philadelphia District on 17 September 2026 at 1000 hrs ET. In order to receive a meeting invitation link, offerors must submit a request in writing to the Points of Contact (POC) listed under Requests for Information (RFI) found in Attachment 8 - 00 22 16 PCS II MATOC Proposal Submission and Evaluation Factors AMD 0001 no later than 24 hours prior to the industry day, 16 September 2026 at 1000 hrs ET.
