Global Positioning System Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (GPS-BRIE)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, California intends to procure the development, procurement, upgrade, sustainment, integration, testing, data collection/analyses, and training associated with Global Positioning System (GPS) Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (BRIE) at participating DoD Test and Training (T&T) ranges, programs of record, authorized foreign T&T ranges, and other authorized Government agencies/organizations using GPS-BRIE for Research, Development, and Test and Evaluation. This procurement will be solicited under full and open competition per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(b). A five-year, single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a combination of Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost, and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) is anticipated. A Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (C3PAO) is anticipated for this requirement. This Solicitation will run a minimum of 30 days. Potential Offerors may submit questions up to the 14th calendar day after the Solicitation is issued. Questions received after the deadline above may be answered at the Government s sole discretion. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ and complete annual electronic representations and certifications in conjunction with the aforementioned registration to start doing business with the federal government.
