Under this planned contract, the Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental services required to execute and document results of environmental remediation projects at DoD facilities. The type of work to be performed under this contract shall include but is not limited to: (1) Surveys, Assessments, and Plans, (2) Studies and Reports, (3) In-situ/Ex-situ Cleanup, and (4) Other Mitigation and Environmental Services. The proposed contract may be used to support the U.S. Army Europe Installations and/or other U. S. Government Agency requirements in Germany and BENELUX. The contemplated value is $45,000,000.00 to be shared across the contract pool. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details. The purpose of amendment 0001 is as follows: to add updated attachment 1a PWS v2 dated May 2026, add updated attachment 8 SEED Project Bid Schedule Attachment, add updated attachment 3 PPOS, and correct discrepancies in Sections L and M of the solicitation.
