Description

This is a notice of intent only. No offers are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notification is provided in accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), Notification to the public of consolidation of contract requirements. 1st Special Ops Contracting Squadron has determined that the consolidation of three contract requirements is necessary and justified. This consolidation meets the requirement of FAR 7.107 and then benefits of the consolidated acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternate approach. The attached redacted Consolidation Determination details the rationale for the Governments determination.
