Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price order to ScriptPro USA Inc (UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The order is for ScriptPro system support services for multiple locations within Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21). The period of performance is from October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027 with two one-year option periods. Locations: San Francisco VA, San Francisco VA Inpatient Pharmacy, Oakland VA Clinic, Santa Rosa VA Clinic, Palo Alto VA, Menlo Park VA Clinic, Las Vegas VA Medical Center, Fresno VA, Reno VA, Martinez VA Clinic, Mather VA, McClellan VA Clinic, Chico VA Clinic, Redding VA Clinic, Stockton VA Clinic, Manila VA Clinic, Honolulu VA, and Sacramento Data Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. This is NOT a solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and past performance information for consideration on or before June 5, 2026 12:00PM PST to Emily.Trinh@va.gov. The capability statement shall demonstrate the company is authorized to perform service on ScriptPro system/equipment. Past performance information shall be recent (within the past three years) and demonstrate the company has performed maintenance on this specific brand name equipment. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
