Offers may be revised and re-submitted up until the proposal due date. Offerors shall acknowledge all amendments in their response. It is the potential offeror s responsibility to monitor this website for any further updates. ________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 003: The purpose of this Amendment is to: Respond to the following Question Would you please provide the dimension for the highlighted section (see Attachment 4_Questions) so that we may accurately evaluate the requirement? Answer: The dimension is 5.375 . Update SOW (GoSwift_test_Pod_Rev2_SOW To include Fig. 15 Thickness Extend the proposal due date until June 17, 2026, 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time. Offerors are advised to acknowledge receipt of this amendment in accordance with the solicitation instructions. ________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for receipt of proposals under Solicitation No. 80AFRC26Q0006. This amendment is issued to enhance competition and provide additional opportunity for proposal submission. The due date and time for receipt of proposals is hereby changed from 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time on June 2, 2026 to 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time on June 16, 2026. All other terms, conditions, requirements, and instructions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. It is the potential offeror s responsibility to monitor this website for any further updates. _________________________________________________________________________ (i) Geometry Optimization and Sensing with Integration and Flight (GOSWIFT) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFRC26Q0006 for Geometry Optimization and Sensing with Integration and Flight Test (GOSWIFT). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement. The NAICS code and size standard are 336413 and 1,250 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. In accordance with FAR 52.102, provisions and clauses have been incorporated by reference to the maximum practical extent. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will provide the full text of any provision or clause incorporated by reference. (ii) List of Items: CLIN Structure can be found in the attached RFQ 80AFRC26Q0006 (iii) Description of Requirements: The objective of the Geometry Optimization and Sensing with Integration and Flight (GOSWIFT) effort is to design, manufacture, and deliver an aerodynamic test pod that maintains the Outer Mold Line (OML) of a standard centerline 610-gallon external fuel tank used on an F-15D aircraft. The pod will support aerodynamic and flight test activities while providing internal volume for instrumentation and test equipment. The intent of the effort is for the pod to conform to the design provided by NASA and for industry to collaborate with the program engineering team to ensure the NASA produced design, which meets structural, aerodynamic, and integration requirements, remains manufacturable within schedule constraints (iv) Delivery Date and Location: The period of performance will begin upon contract award and is expected to span 14 months. Upon completion of all required work, the test pod and ground handling cart shall be shipped to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, CA after fabrication and assembly checks have been successfully completed.
