This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The Government is not currently soliciting bids, quotations, or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center, has a requirement for new partial knee instrumentation sets. Brand name or Equal Descriptions for the requirement: Please note that any reference to a brand-name product is herein provided solely for descriptive purposes and shall not be construed as an intention by the Department of Veterans Affairs to procure that specific product(s). When a brand-name product is identified, prospective offerors shall treat such reference as a benchmark for design, performance, or quality standards. Alternatively proposed items must be compatible with Zimmer Biomet Oxford Partial Knee Implant Systems. Warranty of Equipment: Contractor must provide manufacturer warranty on all provided equipment and supplies for first year from date of receipt and verification of installation/operation. ALL ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: Lebanon VA Medical Center (Attn: Warehouse), 1700S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
