The U.S. Government is currently looking for a 300 - 600 sf storage space in a building in New Mexico, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, 87113. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be located within the following delineated area: North Albuquerque NM state road 423, east Interstate Hwy 25, south Montgomery Blvd, west state road 47. Lessor must remain active in SAM.gov during the lease (System for Award Management) and sign a government lease with applicable clauses. Units must have 24/7 access, first floor, contiguous space that meets Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, not in a 100-year flood plain, and sustainability standards. Available turning radius for truck loading and unloading, Security camera system is preferred. Adequate access to back in trailer. Priority is for climate controlled secure warehouse/evidence space with onsite private or public restroom. The Government reserves the right to disregard as inadequate any responses to this notification that fail to include the property-specific information listed below as being mandatory submissions in responding to this notification. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents mut be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner will not be considered until such time as the documentation has been received.
