This contract provides for support to space and ground-based engineering activities to enhance test, evaluation, and training operations and work will be performed at various locations. No funds are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command/ Operational Test and Training Infrastructure, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
