***ONLY SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE*** Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) is conducting market research and seeking information from industry in reference to the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Sources Sought/RFI is for PLANNING AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. PSNS & IMF is requests feedback from SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ MACs) prime MAC holders ONLY to determine market capability for supporting Multi-Discipline Shipyard Engineering, Planning, and Design Services. PSNS&IMF requests that companies respond by submitting a summary outline and capabilities of performance as related to the attached Draft PWS. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine industry interest and if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. Only SeaPort MAC Holders will be granted access to restricted attachments. Submissions from non-SeaPort MAC holders will not be considered. What/Where to Submit: Respondents should submit responses in electronic format either Microsoft Office 2007 or later compatible and/or Adobe 8.0 or later compatible formats. Responses must include: . Reference tracking number N4523A26R3001 . Be provided electronically only to Emily Hamilton, Contract Specialist, Amanpreet Johal, Administrative Contracting Officer, and Ianthe Stevens-Ford, the Procuring Contracting Officer, via the PIEE Solicitation Module at no later than 28 July 2026, 12:00 pm PDT. It should be noted that telephone replies will not be accepted. . Include the name, position, telephone number, and e-mail address of the Industry Point of Contact (POC) for technical and contractual issues. . Be typed in Times New Roman font with 12-point type size and not exceed 10 pages. . A page is considered as one side of a sheet 8 inches by 11 inches. . Include the business size status of the prime and all anticipated team members. . Include CAGE Code . Proprietary information, if any, must be clearly marked. To aid the Government in its review and evaluation, please segregate proprietary information. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted. . Contractors are encouraged to submit requests for clarification of the tasking outlined that may not be clearly understood. ALL questions/requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist s email address. Verbal questions will not be accepted. Questions shall not contain classified information. Interested companies should include the information requested in the Request for Information posted in the PIEE Solicitation Module. Notice Regarding Sources Sought: This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This sources sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Navy is not seeking proposals at this time, nor accepting unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this source sought; all costs associated with responding to this source sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM website (sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder, exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act. PSNS&IMF may request further information regarding the capabilities of respondents to meet the requirements set forth in the announcement. This sources sought announcement is released in accordance with FAR 15.101. Information provided in response to this sources sought announcement will not be considered an offer by the responding contractor and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
