Dobbins ARB has a requirement for four (4), C-130 Aircraft Engine Covers (i.e. Rolls Royce AE-2100D/Allison T56A 16 Turboprop Engine Preservation Bag (Universal Bag)).The C-130 Engine Covers must be (1) Must be a highly engineered reusable bag, (2) Must have corrosion resistant/inhibiting technology, (3) Must provide humidity and thermal protection, (4) Must be durable in construction with four layers of protection, (5) Must be lightweight and flexible, (6) Must prevent water intrusion, (7)Must be ecofriendly, (8) Must have Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI).
