Solicitation Number FA860425RB031 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The government is seeking proposals for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Material Handling System at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This acquisition is full and open.Solicitation Documents: All solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, are available on https://piee.eb.mil (link provided below). Offerors are responsible for downloading all necessary documents.Key Information:? Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price? Period of Performance: 330 days after date of award? Place of Performance: Ramstein Air Base, Germany? Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)? Proposal Submission: Proposals must be submitted via the Solicitation application within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). No other submission methods will be accepted.?
