Description
13 JULY 2026 UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification on proposal formatting requirements. Please be advised that the formatting instructions outlined in the "Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors," under the "Format" paragraph, apply to the narrative portions of Volume I (Program Management) and Volume III (Experience) only. These specific formatting requirements do not apply to Volume II (Price), Volume IV (Mandatory Documentation), which do not have prescribed formatting rules beyond those specified for their particular templates or forms. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Interested parties should continue to monitor SAM.gov for any further updates. 1 JULY 2026 UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following mandatory information into Solicitation W912PF26RA001: 1. Incumbent Personnel Roster (Social Clause / Cambio Appalto Data): In fulfillment of the Government's response to Question 15 of the Q&A Register (issued under Amendment 0001), this amendment provides the anonymized incumbent personnel roster. This data is provided to assist offerors in preparing pricing proposals that are compliant with host-nation labor laws. 2. New Solicitation Attachment: A new document, Attachment 9 - Incumbent Personnel Roster (Anonymized), is hereby attached and incorporated into the solicitation. 3. Proposal Submission Deadline Extension: In order to allow offerors sufficient time to analyze this pricing data and adjust their proposals accordingly, the deadline for the submission of proposals is hereby extended: FROM: 08 July 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) TO: 15 July 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0003 with their proposal submission. 18 JUNE 2026 UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following administrative updates to Solicitation W912PF26RA001: Questions and Answers (Q&A): Incorporate one (1) additional formal Government response to an industry inquiry that was inadvertently omitted from Amendment 0001 regarding minimum vehicle quantities. The updated Q&A Register (Amendment 0002) is hereby attached and incorporated into the solicitation. Attachment 2 - Price Workbook: Provide a revised Price Workbook to correct calculation formula errors identified on the "Totals" worksheet. Offerors must utilize the revised Attachment 2 - Price Workbook (Amendment 0002) for their final proposal submission. Any proposal submitted utilizing a previous version of the workbook may be deemed non-compliant. The proposal submission deadline of 08 July 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledgereceipt of this Amendment 0002 with their proposal submission. 12 JUNE 2026 UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate key administrative and technical updates to Solicitation W912PF26RA001 as detailed below: 1. Questions and Answers (Q&A): Incorporate the formal Government responses to industry inquiries. The official Q&A Register is hereby attached and incorporated into the solicitation. 2. Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Version Dated 07 June 2026 : Provide an updated PWS to incorporate the administrative and technical changes documented in the attached Q&A Register. 3. Attachment 2 - Price Workbook: Provide an updated Price Workbook to incorporate the changes documented in the attached Q&A Register. Offerors must utilize the revised Attachment 2 - Price Workbook (Amendment 0001) for proposal submission. 4. Proposal Submission Deadline Extension: The deadline for the submission of proposals is hereby extended: FROM: 22 June 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) TO: 08 July 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0001 with their proposal submission. 01 JUNE 2026 UPDATE: Offerors are directed to RFP section L.2.1 to clarify the process and deadline for submitting RFP questions and comments. To be explicit, RFP questions are required to be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, and are due date no later than 14:00 CET on 3 June. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed. Email confirmation to the RFP POC's to ensure USG receipt of RFP questions is encouraged. 20 MAY 2026. Initial RFP Posting. This is a non-personal services contract to provide armed security personnel employed under this contract to provide installation access control, roving security patrols, electronic security systems (CCTV) monitoring of the access control points (ACP), entry control points (ECP), pass and badgecontrol, vehicle inspections, static security, or any other security related function(s) associated with the protection of U.S. Government installations, materials, property, and personnel. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
