Description
This is a Notice of Intent to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the renewal of Oracle Database software licenses and associated software update license and technical support. This notice is published in accordance with RFO FAR Part 5, Publicizing Contract Actions, and is for informational purposes only. This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available. The Government intends to award a sole-source commercial purchase order to: Mythics, LLC 4525 Main Street, Suite 1500 Virginia Beach, VA 23462 This action is for the renewal of Oracle Database Software Update License & Support for the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G6. The renewal provides critical software updates, patches, and technical support for existing, government-owned perpetual licenses (40 Named User Plus and 8 Processor). This is a commercial service renewal only; no new licenses are being procured. The contractor will provide software updates, patches, and technical support access for 40 Named User Plus Perpetual licenses and 8 Processor Perpetual licenses. No new licenses are being purchased ("RENEWAL ONLY"). This service is essential to support the command's critical data operations. The required service must meet Oracle's proprietary "Software Update License & Support" SLA standards. Because the Government already owns the Oracle licenses, the support must be provided by an authorized Oracle reseller to ensure seamless integration and maintain valid license coverage. The solution is fully commercial. The anticipated award will provide uninterrupted Oracle Database software maintenance and technical support for the Government s existing Oracle software environment. This notice is not a competitive solicitation. However, any responsible source believing it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement demonstrating its ability to provide the required Oracle Database License renewal, including evidence that it is an Oracle-authorized reseller authorized to provide the required software licenses, maintenance, updates, and technical support. Capability statements shall include, at a minimum: ? Company name and UEI; ? CAGE Code; ? Documentation demonstrating authorization from Oracle America, Inc. to provide Oracle software license renewals and associated maintenance; ? Description of the firm s capability to provide the exact renewal without interruption of existing Oracle support services; and ? Point of contact information. Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026. The Government will review all timely responses received. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response. Telephone inquiries/responses will not be accepted.
