Notice of Intent to Sole Source 805 CTS L3Harris Radios The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase of two (2) Split Radio Kits developed for Link 16 tactical network integration under NAICS 334220 Radio and television broadcasting and wireless communication equipment manufacturing and PSC 5810 - Communications Security Equipment and Components.
