Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract Agissar Corporation, 526 Benton Street, Stratford, CT 06615. This service contract will cover annual maintenance, repair and cleaning during the twelve (12) month period of performance. The North American Classification System Code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services. The FBI's, Information Management Division (IMD) requires a maintenance service contract provided by the original equipment manufacturer to retain warranty. This is a contract to renew hardware/software maintenance for three high speed scanners. The renewal maintenance includes the three IT6 High Speed Scanners, and one IBML SoftTrac Site License and twelve (12) MBL Software Admin SoftTrac Licenses. Maintenance must include preventive maintenance and any repairs that are covered by the contract. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Period of Performance (POP) will be 9/28/2026 to 9/27/2027. The equipment is in the Central Records Complex (CRC) in Winchester, Virginia. The one unique requirement is that the contractor, Aggisar, is the only vendor approved to provide maintenance support for this IBML equipment. Therefore, using another vendor would void all warranties. This will be Sole Sourced. The Government intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Specialist, Brian Bond by email at bkbond@fbi.gov no later than 02:00 PM EST on 08/20/2026.
