Description

The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a comprehensive, commercial Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary objective of this acquisition is to provide reliable, environmentally compliant, and uninterrupted solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services across designated MCI-East installations and supported facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management required to execute waste management operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision and maintenance of collection containers, scheduled and unscheduled refuse removal, and the operation of recycling programs in accordance with applicable Federal, State, local, and Department of War (DoW) environmental regulations. Task Orders issued under this IDIQ will define specific service frequencies, container quantities, and precise locations. See attached documents for more details. Amendment 0001: Remove GSA Schedule verbiage from RFQ and provide Q&A document. Amendment 0002: Add option years under "Requireent Details" in RFQ. Add section 1.4, Contract Limitations, to the PWS and provide Q&A document. Amendment 0003: Add separate SLINs for Grey Water Tank Servicing, SLIN0004AC and SLIN0004AD, to PWS, RFQ, and Task Order Worksheet. Add 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as Incorparte by Reference (IBR) clause. Extend due date to 24 July 2026 at 1p.m. Amendment 0004: Correct verbiage in section 1.3, Ordering Period, of PWS to match actual base year plus option periods.
