Description

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) contract utilizing Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102, Restricting Competition. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, INC (ESRI) 380 New York St, Redlands, CA 82373 CAGE Code: 0AMS3. The procurement is in support of Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) under Foreign Military Sales Case ZB-B-VCD. ESRI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of ArcGIS products and the only source authorized to complete the required training.
