Description

The purpose of this amendment is to revise PWS section 4.3.9 Advanced Construction Mechanic Instructor from "Instructor shall have a minimum of 10 years of construction electrician experience," to "Instructor shall have a minimum of 10 years of construction mechanic experience." Acknowledgement of all amendments issued to the solicitation shall be signed, and dated. Failure to return the signed amendment as well as an updated Volume II Technical Proposal may render the offer non-responsive and the offer may not be considered for award. Offerors are instructed to name Volume II as follows: "Volume II - Technical Approach - Amendment 0003"
