The contract will promote and enroll patients into the National ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) Registry by providing continuous outreach, education, awareness (e.g., facilitate ALS patient computer access to the National ALS Registry web portal; provide educational materials; use social media, etc.) to persons with ALS, their families, caregivers, and researchers.
