Description

DESCRIPTION This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 4 intends to award a single sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price, service contract using the procedures at RFO 12.201-1, to Combustion Service & Equipment Co. at 2016 Babcock Blvd Pittsburgh, PA 15209. They are the authorized Fireye representatives to provide field support in the Pittsburgh region and adjacent surroundings. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the Business Size Standard is $12.5 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by July 25, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST.
