Description

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to determine the availability of commercial sources capable of providing laundry and textile processing services for linens used at DeCA facilities. DeCA is seeking information from qualifies commercial laundry service providers regarding their ability to launder, sanitize, process, package, and return Government-owned linens. Respondents are requested to review the attached list of anticipated linen items and provide information regarding their ability to process these items in accordance with applicable commercial and industry standards. Respondents may also identify any linen types, quantities, processing requirements, or other conditions that could affect the feasibility, pricing, or performance of the contemplated services. This RFI is issued to market research and planning purposes only. It is not a solicitation, request for proposals/quotes, and does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is seeking information from industry to better understand the availability and capabilities of potential commercial sources.
