Description
The Solicitation No. 19J01026Q0018 is hereby amended due to the following: 1. Incorporating Attachment A- Questions and Answers from the interested Offerors submitted during the conference, prior or after the conference. 2. The Government is hereby extended the deadline for quotation submission to be 31St August 2026 at 12:00 PM Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for LOT D Infrastructure (Pavement) Project at US Embassy Amman. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown on the Standard Form 1442 (Box 8) that follows this letter. Quotations are due by 27th August 2026 at 02:00 PM (Amman Time GMT+3). Quotations MUST be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov. Offers sent to any other address or addressed to specific individuals will NOT be considered. Offers MUST be in the following format to be considered acceptable: Email subject line to include [Company/Offeror Name] and RFQ 19J01026Q0018. Attach all documents to the e-mail (Microsoft Word or PDF). We will not accept offers that include links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies. Offers submitted after the deadline or to the incorrect email address will not be considered. In addition to the Technical Proposal, offers must include the following for the package to be considered complete: SF-1442 Section A Pricing; Section L, Representations and Certifications; Additional information as required in Section G. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so. The Government is planning a site visit in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, Site Visit. The site visit will be held: Date: August 20th, 2026 Time: 10:00 A.M. Location: U.S. Embassy in Amman In order to facilitate the visit preparations, prospective offerors should contact at AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov, , and provide company name, attendee s names and identification numbers no later than 16th August 2026 at 15:00 P.M. (Amman Time GMT+3) to make arrangements for security processing for entry of attendees into the U.S. Embassy compound. Only two representatives per company are allowed. Be sure to include RFQ 19J01026Q0018 in the subject line of your email. The U.S. Embassy is prohibited from procuring goods or services from any firms that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is an integrated procurement database and serves as a single point of entry for vendors seeking to do business with the U.S. Government.
