Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning and inspection of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. All work shall comply with NFPA 96 Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, the National Safety Council, and DAFMAN 91-203.
