Description
Interior renovation of a 2,997 square foot facility, consisting of five sub-tasks: A. Paint: Correct deficiencies in the walls, if any; and repaint 5,078 approximately sq ft. B. Mirror Installation: furnish and secure mirrors to walls. Approximately 2,214 sq ft. C. Flooring: prepare, seal, and level concrete; raise existing floor drains to be flush with the floor. Install athletic mats to cover approx. 2,592 sq ft. D. Electrical and Lighting: Replace 33 existing fluorescent lights with LED fixtures. Replace 10 ceiling fans with 10 fans containing LED lighting. E. Install a one-way backflow prevention valve on exterior drain. Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a women-owned small business set-aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; justin.scales.1@us.af.mil The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 23 June at 0900 PDT. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form. Complete all fields under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION section consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code). The base access form must be provided before the site visit. Refer to Attachment, Base Access Request, for additional instructions. Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to solicitation response deadline. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Offerors are responsible for verifying conditions at the project site. As required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w), implemented by RFO FAR 36.101-4, the following information is provided to interested small businesses: (A). The National Guard Bureau (NGB) has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts, other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and Army FAR Supplement (AFARS) 5143.204. (B). Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the NGB is currently unavailable, however data for Department of the Army (which NGB reports to) is listed below: Selected Agency: DEPT OF THE ARMY Time to definitize after receipt of an adequate Change Order Definitization Proposal under Construction Contracts: Number of Change Order Proposals definitized under Construction Contracts 30 days or less: 0 31 to 60 days: 1 61 to 90 days: 0 91 to 180 days: 0 181 to 365 days: 1 Greater than 365 days: 1 After completion of contract performance via a contract modification addressing all un-definitized equitable adjustments received during contract performance 2 Amendment Issued: Updates have been made to the solicitation. Amendment W50S6T26QA0280002 must be acknowledged to be considered for award. The SF30 must be acknowledged by completing signature fields at 15a, b, c. Submit the SF30 with your quote.
