One of the major mission of Enterprise Services is to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure and manage the IT assets, including but not limited to: servers, workstations, notebook computers (including all peripherals), tablets, switches, routers, supporting software, Cloud Technology solutions, multi-function devices (MFDs) and desktop printers, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Communications Security (COMSEC), public-facing and internal web services, Cybersecurity (CS) Operations, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and a wide variety of other IT services. This award will ensure the continuation of these critical services, and the core scope of work remains unchanged from the predecessor contract would create unacceptable operational delays.
