This amendment will require new submission (or resubmission) of proposals from any potential Offerors. In addition, NASA is assessing the potential impact of recent Executive Order 14402 "Promoting Efficiency, Accountability, and Performance in Federal Contracting , released on April 30, 2026, on 80MSFC26R0002 ESSCA II. Impact to ESSCA II, if any, could be identified either as part of a combined solicitation amendment addressing both the Workforce Directive and Executive Order, or separate amendment as appropriate.
