Description

Clarify EDI automation software streamlines the exchange of orders between GSA and FPI by using software to automatically handle tasks like sending, receiving, translating, and integrating data. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and improves overall efficiency. FPI moving to another EDI automation solution would not be cost effective and extremely costly since training would need to be conducted for any System Administrator (SA) charged with implementing, troubleshooting or maintaining the EDI environment. Also, additional funds would be required for another vendor to assist with setup of this system. MISB eCommerce team has met with several vendors in the past and the majority of them unable meet all our requirements except for Cleo.
