RFI and Responses dated 7.29.26 is posted. *********************************************************** Project Description: This acquisition is a construction project to convert a portion of Garrison Powerplant's 6th floor drawing room into the Upper Basin Resident Construction Office. The scope of work will include a room divider, new offices, new carpet/flooring, and an evaluation of HVAC/ Electrical/Fire Protection/Communications Systems to determine if upgrades are needed. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 24 July 2026 at 10am Local Time. Contractors interested in seeing the site need to make reservations with Leeann Wimer at leeann.r.wimer@usace.army.mil. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
