Room 1343 Deconstruction: Fully disassemble and remove demountable walls, door frames, and hardware from Room 1343 to restore it to an open-plan layout. Hand over salvaged components to the 557th WW Facility Manager (or legally dispose/recycle as directed). Rooms 1220, 1221, & 1222 Merger: Disassemble and remove the demountable partitions dividing Rooms 1220, 1221, and 1222 to merge them into a single, open-concept footprint. Patch and repair affected ceiling grids, floor surfaces, and adjacent walls. 4.2 Door Installations The Contractor shall install four (4) 40-inch demountable door panels configured to open inward at the following locations: Room 1342: One (1) door panel. Room 1332 (from Room 1320): One (1) door panel. 4.3 HVAC (Government Furnished Property/Work) Air Transfer Grilles: Install return air transfer grilles between Room 1340 and the new office space, and between the new offices within Room 1332 to balance static pressure and ensure proper airflow distribution. B185 The contractor shall perform the following teardown, relocation, and installation tasks: Room L422 Relocation and Reconfiguration: Dismantle and move the L423 four (4) West wall panels to the East by approximately 8ft. Utilize the existing L422 door and glass panel to establish the new L422 door space. Room L423 Expansion and Reconfiguration: Reclaim and integrate existing L423 and legacy L422 demountable panels to expand the designated work area. Use on hand demountable wall stock to fill in existing wall gaps to complete the room (~25ft). Install double solid wood doors in the Southeast corner of the room, complete with appropriate framing and HAWORTH-compatible commercial hardware. Final door location determined at install (adjust as needed to accommodate install) Room L421 Configuration Use existing material stock to install new walls to close in Collaboration and training space.
