Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina, intends to issue solicitation 15B30322Q00000007 for the requirement of: QUARTERLY BREAD. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, and the delivery dates will be every Monday with the exception of holidays, with the first delivery being on April 4, 2022. Should any scheduled delivery fall on a holiday, delivery will be made on the next business day, unless otherwise specified by the food service department. Food Service reserves the right to make weekly adjustments on quantities and schedule, if needed, based on institutional needs. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The contracting official intends to make this award on an all or none basis. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 22, 2022, and will be posted to the Beta.SAM.gov website: http://beta.sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, and award information will be distributed solely through this site. The Government reserves the right to make payment using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Quoters should include their Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number in their offers.
