Notice of Intent The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source award to PETNET Solutions INC. DBA Siemens Healthineers for FDA approved Radiopharmaceuticals, FDG and NaF, Amyvid, and Posluma. The period of performance includes a base and one option period from 1 Oct 26 30 Sep 27 and 1 Oct 27 30 Sep 28. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is authority FAR 12.102(a). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
