Production Lead Time without First Article Testing, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to MEGGITT DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC., Cage Code 62228; PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION Cage Code 86329; THE BOEING COMPANY Cage Code 8V613. This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time from the indicated approved source(s) of supply. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 1B. The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per the DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
