Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitations will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing of a response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only, to make an appropriate acquisition decision, to gain knowledge of potential interested and qualified businesses, and any Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, 20 Cysto Nephro Videoscope; CYF-VH to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contracts for the same requirement, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to darrin.alexander2@va.gov no later than May 08, 2026, at 13:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time.
