Description

The Department of the Air Force has awarded a multiple award BPA to FPA Pacific, Construction and Materials Supply Inc, and USA Fanter Corporation with the Agreement numbers FA502525AB002, FA502525AB003, and FA502525AB004, respectively. The scope of these Agreements are for orders to be competed and awarded for the supply of construction materials necessary to construct a runway. Agreement holders are allowed to compete for such orders, with evaluation criteria for award being established with each order. The total value of all orders placed by the Air Force cumulatively with Tinian Materials BPA holders shall not exceed $300,000,000.00. This Agreement competition pool allows for on-boarding, meaning that interested vendors that believe their company meets the Air Force's evaluation criteria may submit their company for consideration to be awarded an Agreement. Interested vendors may submit their interest to the email address 356eceg.cons.team@us.af.mil, as the Contracting Officer may change over time. The evaluation criteria that the Air Force will utilize to determine if an interested vendor is eligible for award is as follows: The contractor shall control or otherwise have access to a quarry that can produce the aggregate required under the standards in this synopsis. The Contractor shall possess a self-certification of being a small business concern in FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contractor shall not possess any derogatory past performance as documented in CPARS, FAPIIS, other Government sources, and personal knowledge of Contracting Officers who have awarded contracts with that vendor in the past. The Contractor shall possess a record of either Government or private sector transactions related to the NAICS code in this synopsis. The Contractor shall meet the general standards to be considered responsible under FAR 9.104. The Contractor shall provide evidence of being capable of complying with CNMI (Marianas) import and bio-security standards if aggregate is intended to be sourced from outside the CNMI. This notice shall remain active for the duration of the Agreement's life to allow for interested vendors to submit their interest. Understand that submitting interest does not guarentee award of an Agreement.
