This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The objective of this acquisition is to award one firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Solicitation number 47PF5326Q0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Landscaping and related services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $9.5 million. The product service code (PSC) is S208, Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iv) Contemplated Period of Performance is a six-month base year (October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) and four one-year options, with the possibility of an extension of the period of performance up to six months.
