This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW RFO 5.101, for which the Government inteds to negotiate with onl one source, IAW 10 U.S.C> 3572, as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requriements." The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Ansys Government Initiatives.
