Description
PRE-SOLICITATION: This procurement will be for a 3-YEAR Requirements-type, long-term contract. The technical data package (TDP) has purchased-parts restrictions; Offers must meet the requirements of the Government TDP. ***NOTE: The TDP requires corrections to post and are underway by Engineering with an anticipated TDP correct date of November 9th.*** Item Name: Wheel Assembly, Pneumatic NSN: 2530-01-500-4619 MIN 3-YR QTY: 675 EA MAX 3-YR QTY: unlimited Part No: 12378510-005/19207 Packaging: M/B INSP/ACCP: Origin/Origin FOB: Destination Technical Data will be available for this procurement. Solicitation release will be approximately 09 November 2026 (Due to TDP corrections required as of 24August) and will be open for offers for 30 days. See the solicitation for closing date. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from SAM.gov. EDIT: For vendors who wish to become an additional approved source of supply, this item has a Level 3 PPAP and / or CFAT or Other Special Requirement. Qualification testing and evaluation IS required to become an approved source. Source approval does NOT guarantee business. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
