The following changes have been made: "Tree cutting shall only be performed within the following calendar window: November 1 and April 14th" is revised and replaced with: "Tree cutting shall only be performed within the following calendar window: Trees shall be cut between August 16th to April 14th." PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for the reconstruction of Rob Brook Road Bridge on the White Mountain National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of the existing 28' bridge structure, proper disposal of all materials, and construction of the new 44' bridge. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
