Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number # 36C26026Q1001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Boise VAMC Panic Alarm Hardware (Brand Name or Equal Lynx). The requirement is set-aside for SBA certified SDVOSB concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable): See SECTION B.2 of the RFQ document attached. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102): See SECTION B.4/B.5 of the RFQ document attached. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point (see part 47).: See SECTIONS B.3, as well as Block 15 (1st page) of the RFQ document attached. A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition (see 12.205(a)).: See SECTION E of the RFQ document attached. A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition (see 12.205(b)): See SECTION C of the RFQ document attached. The date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contact: See Block 8 (1st page) of the RFQ document attached. Any other additional information required by 5.101(c): None noted. Brand name or equal requirement. If providing other than brand name, ensure adequate technical documentation is submitted with quote. Buy American Act applies! All Contractors shall complete Buy American Act Certificate and submit with quote. See E.3 FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Act Certificate. SDVOSB set-aside. Ensure your company completes and submits Certificate under C.6VAAR 852.219-76 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS. This is a mandatory submittal.
